Anyone remember it ?
It used to come out of my radio ....now it's just inane gabble by d.j's and their studio monkey!
I spend the half hour drive to work steering with one hand and pushing the seek button on the dash board.
Goes sommat like this ..... In parliament today a thoroughbred horse pared the market dot should have gone to spec...... on the A57.... and later on Radio 4 there will be... buy one get on free I said buy one.... a lorry has jack......phone us now and win Llanfairpwllg.... tickets are on .........
Don't they play music anymore ? |

I think its the breakfast shows that are more full of chat than at any other time,It drives me mad
I barely get a song in on my way to work and then its a crap one that I end up with in my head all day long  |

Yes, my local station does quizzes and local items but its interesting cause when they ask you if youve seen so and sos black cat you know who there talking about lol, but they play what i call easy listening stuff. Heart is good think you can get that in different areas i think its main location is birmingham but you can get it all over, after midnight its just music right through |

Its far cheaper to talk than play music these days. I am not 100% sure on costs but i think it costs £45 to play a single track on national radio. If you cut 1, 2 or even 3 you will save more than your production staff costs so you can see why they do it. |
