Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
"Not sure really. I make time in my life for new things, but I have to go to work Mon-Fri or the bills don't get paid "
Some patterns are important to allow for change. The three "S"s in the morning, for example.

"Yes I do.. I am very much a creature of habit. However, in saying that, once I make a decision to walk away, I run. "
Is that part of your saming though? Perhaps walking would mean you don't stumble and fall?

Is that the same as making the same mistakes over and over again? Hopefully, each one had a uniqueness to it.

"when you ought to be changing...
Do you keep repeating your patterns?
"
Who WANTS change? = large majority.
Who wants TO change = small minority
Who is PREPARED to change = even smaller minority. |

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire) |
I did until I reached a point 5 years ago when it was essential to make changes... its not been easy, and i've faced some of the toughest moments in my life on the way, but I'm now happier than ever. 18 stone lighter, happier, back working, juggling childcare responsibilities, and also on the way to becoming a personal trainer... tough but worth every moment of heartache learning to change. |

I'm doing some new things at the moment but continuing to same in some other ways when I need to change.
There is probably a limit to how much I can change at once though, realistically, in order to stand any chance of success. |
