confidence fading

as a single guy my confidence is fading a little.

I have been to various clubs and events and I have issues in maintaining an erection in group activities or same room play.

As I'm on heart medication don't want to take Viagra so would appreciate any advise to maintain standards

Not an easy one, but you could put in some work on your profile; try pics that show you in your best light - remember it is essentially the first thing people judge you on.

Clubbing can be a slow thing, but one on one play in a private room may be your best bet.

There is an age for men where just seeing a woman from 100m away results in a boner alas seems to fade and on demand by command does not work.

A good kissing and touchy feel couple of minutes usually suffice alas not always available in club situations.

Enjoy group situations without being the centre of it, start gently kissing /soft swing & you will gradually get back into it.

Do non pressure meets & like someone else as said lay off the drink.

Never drink when at clubs/events as I drive there. Also I'm not a pushy guy, as long as the lady enjoys herself my needs will take a back seat.

Tough break man!

Try not to focus on it, more pressure you put on yourself to perform less likely it will happen. Prob best to get your confidence back on a 121 basis before going in on the group stuff

apart from the already given advice about keeping fit, healthy. A cock ring can also help too, they are cheep and easly put on as needed. They work better than comdoms which use tightening of base to improve erections
