I've had it for years. It's probably a combination of my weight and smoking. Both of which the doctor has already told me to sort out. I'll mention it next time I'm there |

If you get it a lot change your diet. It worked for me. Rare if I get it now and usually then it's because I've eaten something I wouldn't normally eat. |

Keep a bottle of tonic water for heartburn emergency works a treat.
Also lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor. After a while you should feel the need to let it all out via a huge burp!
I had a hiatus hernia so get it checked out hun, mine was controlled by diet. |
