Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I've been eating these little jewels all my life. I drink the juice but not often.
It's a fruit juice so just treat it as such.
I had a great duck salad with pomegranate seeds in it once. Very tasty.

If you boil pom juice down for about an hour you get an amazing sweet glaze for duck as well |

"I like 'em.....can't say I've noticed any benefits but I can't imagine they'd do you anything but good...
Give 'em a whirl and see "
I have a couple of the fruits and bought some juice
They're quite expensive for what they are though, not quite as expensive, however, as viagra |

It was a favourite job as a child. Then having the joy of just scooping up a handful into my mouth.
OP, cut in half and hit the skin with the back of a spoon and a lot of the seeds will come out.

Think I'll stick to buying the juice in future as the fruit is far too fiddly!!! |

I don't like the juice in a carton but I've been eating the fruits all my life. I have at least one a week while they're cheap enough and in season.
I've never heard about the benefits if mixed with watermelon though |

Well Lisa, I think we need to conduct some market research behind closed doors |
