I have just been messaged of a couples account and then was told that it was her sister is messaging and she's only 16 how do I report please

Hit the 'report' link on the message.

Click on their profile and on the letft is a menu which has "report profile"

Via the mobile site if you look under the big 'delete' bar there's a triangle next to the word report.
