Yes dogging as always been illegal, the anti BDSM laws only really hinder film makers and private parlours.
The council as to inspect S amd M parlours on health and safty grounds as its the most dangerous of sexual activities with quite a few deaths over the last few years...no other sexual niches usually cause harm or death.
As with filming the subject the government as made it dead in the water with its restrictions for web / DVD sales on UK sites. |
