Dogging is illegal & some police forces are putting points on licenses like curb crawling, being naked in public is legal unless someone is offended then it becomes a matter for the police.

If you are filming on open ground/waste ground you need written permission from the land owner to use the film, new strong laws on S&M were introduced in time for 50 Shades being released.

People using films/pics without the right releases & ID can be taken to court for damages, its also illegal for ex spouses to use pics/digital material for the embarrassment of their ex partners.

Excessively overpriced paid swinging parties are classed as prostitution & earning listed as living off immoral earnings the same as a brothel.

There are too many laws regarding sexual acts / materials to put on here.

Is dogging itself an illegal act? Is that the Anti Dogging Law Act?

What are these anti-BDSM laws that prohibit consenting adults from engaging in their pastime?

Yes dogging as always been illegal, the anti BDSM laws only really hinder film makers and private parlours.

The council as to inspect S amd M parlours on health and safty grounds as its the most dangerous of sexual activities with quite a few deaths over the last few years...no other sexual niches usually cause harm or death.

As with filming the subject the government as made it dead in the water with its restrictions for web / DVD sales on UK sites.
