It depends how you define seriously wrong.

I haven't had a meet where I have felt in danger. I have had a meet where I didn't get any satisfaction.

I've had to draw things to a close and part company nothing incredibly serious.

It pays to be prepared for the negative so you can switch to recovery mode.

We have been quite lucky, Only meeting that went wrong is when the Blokes Mrs said She was only doing it to please Him but it was early days for us so a learning curve.

Oh yeah, all the time! Powerpoint presentation screws up, conference call never works...can be embarresssing when the bosses come down, surprised i still got the job to be honest!
