Is the ball slipping through the bottom of the chair base?

No, it's not falling through. I have pumped it up a fair bit but there is a moment of leakage when I take out the pump before I shove the stopper in. The base appears to be able to take different size balls.
I promise not to call any of your customers and complain about your balls.

I am sitting higher. It's comfortable, but not as much as when it was a little softer. It feels like it might go pop but I am well under the maximum weight it says it can take. I didn't spend £200 as it's really not worth that.
