Today I've said goodbye to the colleagues I've worked with for 18 years, tinged with a little sadness as I'm leaving the NHS after many years.
Having said that I'me excited by my new job working for a breast surgeon in her private practice next week . It was a tough decision but I'm sure it's the right one.
So here's to new beginnings. Is anybody else celebrating anything special today?
I feel like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders.
