It wont let me convert to pdf to send a copy to someone without software.

Had an IT upgrade.. Help..

Look up novapdf on the web. You can install & use this software free for 30 days. Hopefully this can get you round your problem for now.

Or google print to pdf.

Install a printer driver that instead of converting your project file to paper turns it into pdf document.

There should be a Windows driver for this if you don't want independents.

Download pdf995. It's free software. And you never need to register or pay. It's absolutely brilliant.

There is an official Microsoft published add-on for MS Office 2007 which allows Project (and other other office apps) to save as a PDF. Can you IT Support team load it onto your PC for you?

(Its free, but an add on you have to install)

I will ask them. .. Its so annoying. Worked fine til they upgraded windows.. To a newer old version..
