Find out what kind of guy does it for her (obviously not you as you're her ex!) - maybe some gym fit, super good looking, well hung stud.
Then when you've found the perfect guy that would have her wetter than an otters pocket in seconds - let him fuck you senseless for hours til you can take no more!
That would get her REALLY jealous, in sure!

That's a platitude we tell ourselves, because every other recourse would be personally detrimental.
What you want to do is make the other person understand the pain and suffering they put you through, when in fact it is they who are 'living well' at your physical / mental / emotional / financial expense.
