Just read that X-Files may be coming back for a short run. Duchovny/Anderson are comfirmed, also Chris Carter will be writing them.

Also in 2016, get some damn fine cup of coffee and cherry pie..... https://youtu.be/EIMTg5lHWyM

Excited or should past shows remain in the past?

Titz Towers, North Notts

I think some shows are firmly rooted in the past. It's hard to imagine The Sweeney, or Jason King being remade successfully today, as they seem to have epitomised a decade.

If the production quality is high, I'd be good with many shows returning. There were some damn fine young guys in new Dallas, for example.

Xfiles remained an open book for me. Had good entertainment value and they were a good match.

Depends on if you like dark humour! Personally I love it but it's not everyone's cuppa!

Can't imagine this little Peter Wyngarde 'gem' being made today, surprised it was ever put out at all
