Not sure if this has been done before... but I am curious anyway to hear who would be your complementary alter ego. Say for example I would be darkhaired, petite and I would be perhaps a painter or writer....

There is a u tube clip of him in 1975 and how he achieved the body through pure 5 hour work outs. Awesom material as in those days they did not have the reserach on nutrition, supersets etc... that we do have today.  |

I have his body building book its a really good read, although i dont think its possible to do that naturally without taking something. |
