Me too Evie, I cut the grass yesterday & have been sniffing ever since. Luckily I don't suffer too badly now so will get some tablets later.

The sufferer in my house has started to get it. Does the honey thing work with local honey ? I was told to start it now to build up the effect it has.

I have it too, although i think im more alergic to the tree pollen rather than the grass pollen. Still have a nice outdoor session in summer though

Hay fever here too, already sneezing with the tree blossom, then it will just roll on into the grass pollen, and on and on...its miserable

Oh I use the cheapo ones, I've never noticed a difference. Combined with nose spray, eye drops and that balm stuff you smear on your nose to trap the pollen (it's a good look) and I can just about cope.

Yep I use the balm too, oh and sunglasses all day in the office, the looks I get from some people

A piece of advice from someone who's allergic to everything - start taking antihistamines now and take one every day, even if you don't feel symptoms!

If you look most own brands are exactly the same as the more expensive. They will most likely all be made in the same factory. You pay for the name not the drug as such.
