"I'm thinking of attending this event in November what are peoples experiences of it? Is it worth going to or all just hype?"
Different people find different things worth while - some are raving about it.. others find it expensive for what it is. We are popping in on our way but not for long this year .. |

Been going for the past 6 or 7 years. It is expensive for what it is. Sadly, you won`t see a lot of nudity, partial or otherwise becaue the promoters won`t pay for a sex shop licence which thet would need if people were to show more on their stands or on the stage show.
You`ll see loads of clothes, toys and other stuff for sale, some of good value but check out prices of anything you`re interested in first. Food and drink is available but at a cost!! My advice i to eat before you go in. Tickets range in price according to which day you go on, are available online, NOT transferrable between days and there`s no re-admission on the day. Of course, entry is possible on the day as normal. Just make sure you choose the day you want to go, stick with it and make sure you have everything you need before you go in!
There are "facilitie" for smokers .. usually an open door to an unloading yard or similar.
You can wear street chlothing or change into sexy/revealing club wear as long as it`s not too revealing. Having said that, last year there was a very mature lady wearing just one of those open net dreses without knickers/g string and she was allowed to "get away with it"! There are cloakroom facilities if you don`t want to drag your streetwear around with you.
There`s usually an erotic stage show and one of thosse Dream Boy type of shows,, but depending on the show`s licence depends on what`s "shown".
I don`t go to buy stuff or look at the stage shows, but being quite voyueristic, I tend to go to look at the punters, especially those who do dress up/down ( for the occasion!

If you go, have a great day! |

Its ok..the show can be good or bad..last time featured Dita Von Teese...she was excellent..the time before featured a load of skinny skanky women who looked like 5 quid brasses and couldnt dance to save their lives.
The entrance fee is a bit steep just to look at the same stuff as you can buy cheaper online...but its a very friendly event and there is something for everyone..couples make up most of the visitors..
Clothing for sale is OK if your a stick insect. |

We will be there, although last time we did think it was a bit light on content. There was plenty to look at in terms of clothing, shoes and toys, and a few interesting visitors too...
Although the Hilton is expensive, we are staying there this year to make a night of it, and we will be looking for some fun in our room, or somebody else's room... |
