I assume you mean for sex rather than just for their company?
Plenty will have but I'm not sure how many will admit it.
I expect more 'I don't have to pay for sex' or 'I would never pay for sex' comments.
Some seem to think admitting to paying for sex means, somehow, they can't get it otherwise.

It's not necessarily preachy, and some never would. It's a fair answer (as long as it's personal opinion not a judgemental comment on others).
There are a lot who either have, or would, who don't feel able to be honest about it, for various reasons. |

to be completely honest, the association with prostitution and drug use would worry me slightly.

Never hired one, but locally there was an outcry here when one of the teachers at the locally Catholic school was found to me an escort, her kids when to that school and her hubby was on the PTA. |

It's not about having everyone in agreement- the different views based on the post should be from people who have had experienced it and all the many opinions from them (good or bad)
Just saying 'you haven't and or wouldnt' is not a useful contribution as the OP is no closer to understanding pros and cons or whatever info they wanted.

Why should only people who have experienced something be able to comment? its a forum and all opinions are valid I would think, the best rules for forums should be there are no rules, apart from vitreous and personal attacks. |

A very small percentage of escorts actually take drugs, I know dozens of escorts through work and they are all respectable women with at least 90% of them doing this legal and paying taxes,
They all use condoms and have monthly tests and are safer to be with than a lot of swingers, the image most people have of escorts is of girls on street corners and this spoils things for the women working in safe conditions in a safe environment. |

. I don't think many people are going to admit hiring escorts as it is a private matter . I have meet quite a few couples who do hire them and joined in on occasions when requested by them. The end result will depend on how much effort you make in selecting your escort . Some just ask an agency to send one around , others will search the net. If you need a quick result with an experienced person , quite an easy way to find someone . It will cost you money but at least you do not have to worry about rejection messages . An escort with a good personality also helps . This is probably a necessity for some as they need to be able to sell themselves .

Yeah.....I went to visit quite a few when i was in Amsterdam many years ago. I found it was ok, they have an information centre I went into first so it was pretty reassuring to know it's a well regulated industry over there.
Over here I know a couple of lasses who escort too.....I stayed with one in fact for a week in Aug '13 when I was working....that was slightly odd as she'd take clients when I was there, I'd just stop downstairs out of the way....
