1 tbsp. of nutella

1 small banana

2 tbsp. of golden syrup flavour oats

30g of vanilla protein powder

I guess its kind of an after workout shake as I do not do any physical training at the weekends.

If the physical training in the morning I have

300ml skimmed mill

1 tsp of instant coffee

30g Vanilla Protein powder

wakes me up and gives me the boost to keep the training instructors off my back haha

Corn flakes I can handle, coco pops I haven't had since I was about 6 lol, but the ultimate worst soggy cereal from what I can remember was golden nuggets when soggy!!!

Another thing that makes me cringe is people that put warm milk on cereal, I go crazy if somebody leaves the milk out of the fridge for more than 10 seconds

its a pet hate of mine, milk has to be cold,,,,very cold, just adds to the crunch

I cant eat Weetabix any more,,, bad experience in afghan,,, we had the mini packs send out to our patrol base, yet we had no milk or fridge, all we had was bottled water that was warm....

...yup when you are hungry you will eat anything, warm water Weetabix included
