Is this a compliment? What did they expect me to look like?

I've had this more than once now and I am never sure how to take it.

I think it's s nice compliment as people put up pictures from 1998 on here every time which makes you wonder does this person still look like this or not.

They expected you to look like you did. They liked you enough to want to meet so I'd say it was a good thing.

Take it as a compliment. Last person I met asked how old my pic was that I sent, inferring I looked different. I'd sent (I thought) a good pic.
