dozed off earlier woken by a text - then i had to stay awake til midnight as my girlie is 21 today - so we have been whatsapping - now quite awake - day off tomorrow so no bother  |

Been to bed. Couldn't sleep. Thought I would read for uni, big mistake. HUGE mistake. 3 hours later and 3 chapters in and I am still as wide awake and now I have a number of theoretical arguments raging in my head....

Well I can't speak for everyone but generally I would guess at tired, pissed or at work. Or any combination of them, plus some that my tired brain can't compute til I put down the work I am doing and concentrate on wine...  |

1st degree I was prone to popping the odd pro plus. Then the uni had those lucozade sweets. Wooo! Now it's just black coffee and carbs and wine! Maybe it's time to see if pro plus works for me again!

i always have a dilemma when i stay awake for hours - i usually take my meds at about 6 am if im working - bit later if not - thinking i will lie in for sure today but will eventually wake in agony - or hang on here an hour more and take them then sleep  |
