Some People can be quite vocal in the forums and can also be aggressive, I'm wondering if they would be so confrontational in a Face to Face meet, I'm quite a forward Person and speak my mind but I try to be diplomatic when I can.
So are you the same Person in real Life as the Person you come across as when sat behind a Key board or are you braver when not Face to Face ?  |

If I have a point to make in the forum I just see it as a discussion of opinion,I would still have the same opinion in the real world and have no problems with discussing the same face to face
Although when im out im out to have fun so would'nt want my night turning into the most boring night ever by talking about any forum disagreements I may have had.......yaaaawwwwnnnnn

I guess only those that have met me can judge if I'm the same in real life as on here. I've been told in the past that I'm exactly a 'what you see is what you get' kinda guy. I think I'd probably be a little more restrained face-to-face in a topical debate like we have on here as it's entirely different when all you have is the written word to get your point across and humour is often missed or misunderstood. |

I'm pretty much identical in normal life as in here, probably slightly more unpleasant.
The only difference is you lot don't have to listen to my fuck awful singing and my body popping at inappropriate moments. |

They don't dare tell me off at work, even though the Director of Personnel did ask me to copy my emails to her first before I sent them!!! I declined as I knew what I wanted to say, and didn't want to tone it down!!
My family and friends think I can be "quite horrible", but I don't think so, I don't believe in talking behind someone's back if I have a problem I state it there and then - then it's forgotten. |

Its different in the forums as you have that time lapse to think about what you want to say. However, my incentive is not to win friends and influence people, in here or in real life. I'm a nice person but if someone wants a discussion or debate then I won't shy from it. I'm only sub when I'm in the bedroom  |

This is a good post .... I meet some ladys who use to be nasty in chat room to me on other site and was a nice as nice to my face but when back in the chat room nasty again in front of there friends. People are strange thay do all sorts to fit in there little clicks . jo xx |

almost al the people i have met thru the site say i'm the same online as i am in the flesh. nuts, laid back and a horny bitch.
i don't see the point pretending to be someone else as when you meet a person they're going to find out anyway.
maybe the ones who are braver as you say have no plans to meet people but only here to stir things up. |

I tend to avoid confrontation on here and face to face, although I'm a bit braver in real life.

i tend to say things as i find them..being here makes me no less nor more open. i also try play devils advocate and see things from anothers point of _iew, i also dont mind supporting an opinion that is not necessarily supported by the masses.
i'll be true to myself, hard for anyone to object to that....though plenty will try |

I live by simple rules, one of which is to never say anything about someone which you haven't or wouldn't (when the chance arises) say to their face.
In real life I say what I mean and mean what I say... I see no reason to be any different on here.
My job is to... well you could say... it's to tell people how it really is. I have 10's of conversations per week telling people what they least wanting to hear about their abilities, performance, skills... but need to hear if they are to have any chance of improving. I would be failing at my job if I didn't have the courage of my convictions.
Some people say a true friend will always tell you that you look lovely whatever you wear.
I believe a true friend will tell you to go home and get changed because you look like a sack of shit... if indeed you do look like a sack of shit. |

well in forum i just give my honest opinion on something ...thats the same in real life too. if someone asks my opinion then they will get it and reasoning behind it . may not agree with it but often good to see alternate _iews and give you food for though. |
