Anyone read the wheel of time collection

I am just finishing the 2nd book having read the first during my Thailand visit last year (bought 1st for 20p at my G.P.surgery).

I am seriously thinking of buying the 14 book set but am wondering if the books start to go downhill or remain as good as the first two.

Anyone know?

My Own Little World

There are 1 or 2 in the middle which are slower, but I think he had to get the story back on track to go forward. But most of them are great.

Thanks for the feedback, I've ordered the 14 hardback set which I'll save for Christmas and the third in series, paperback, to read on my forthcoming Thai vacation late April.
