It probably means different things to different people - for some it means only hosting in their home, for others it can also include hotel accom etc .. I'm guessing you've met someone that could do neither? |

We think some people put they can accommodate to help them get a meet. Once you have done the social meet to see if everyone gets on then you arrange to meet again they can't |

Don't you discuss with people beforehand how long they can stay? Anyone wanting me to stay the night will ask if I can,at theirs or in a hotel and ask if I want breakfast. |

If we said we can accommodate means at our place and not in a hotel or anywhere else. When you fill your profile in it say can you accommodate yes or no. If it means a hotel or anywhere else then im sure we can all accommodate? |

I've spoken to several guys who, when I have questioned the 'can accommodate' status on their profile, have explained that their car is very comfortable! One kind chap who had a transit van offered to 'chuck a mattress in the back'!!!  |

I can and do accommodate. Meaning they are quite welcome to my place, they bring their own drinks and we all have a ball.
I have a couple of friends i trust enough to stay overnight if they so wish. Spare bedroom provided for them.
They want breakfast? They make it.
Does that sound fair enough?

We take it to mean hosting people at my home. I don't want strangers in my home, if we get to know them well then I'd be fine with them visiting.

I cannot accommodate. I will however chip in for a hotel. I have been known to pay for them. I have been known to stay overnight in them.
I cannot accommodate though.
I have been invited to stay over night by people. I've been invited to meet at houses, cars, hotels; as a general rule of being accommodated!

It means you can open your front door to let the visitor(s) in to have a fun evening/night.
If someone comes here then I wouldn't expect them to leave afterwards unless they had to get back for a reason.

we say accommodate - it means that we can use our own place for meeting in - it doesnt mean you can stay over but we will make you a brew or share drinks with you - the egg and bacon butties in the morning are for us alone |

For me accomadate means that someone can and does let another person/people come to their house for swinging fun, not booking a hotel or playing in a car, old factory, empty office etc lol |

Id love to see the 'Hotel' and 'club' options in the accomodate and travel section. Can this be done?
I get stick from people coz i say no to accom or travel.
I certainly cannot accom due to being a parent. And i cant travel far due to being a non driver. So i feel having hotel as a option would kinda stop some of the people attacking saying i shouldnt get any meets at all.

i think this would be a good idea - we never put anybody down if they cant accom - some people could just choose not to take swinging into their home - of course this is often explained in profiles but not everybody reads them |

if they dnt wnt you at there house then they cnt accommodate!!! if they are single and say they can accommodate then say they cnt then its must ring a few bell's to people like they are hiding something like a B/F G/F hubby or wife |

I am a single guy and I accommodate, most of the time. But if I was meeting a couple I might prefer offsite or at theirs. That isn't because I have anything to hide. But I have neighbours with young kids and I prefer to keep my private life private, especially if it is getting out of hand and noisy.
I think any single person, male or female, should only accommodate provided you feel totally sure. Inviting more than one person especially into your home needs to be thought about. So just because you might not want to accommodate at your own place doesn't always mean you have something to hide, you might just be taking sensible precautions. |

We don't have a dedicated playroom, all of our spaces are used for various different things (five bedroom house plus two living rooms and cellar). But key to us was having a bedroom each, meaning that we could have other people round to play without it being an issue, or having to put them up on a sofabed. |

OMG we hadn't even realised there was any issue - how näive are we?!
Perhaps we also need "can provide board and breakfast too" as a profile option.
We can very occasionally accommodate, but we always assumed 'staying the night' would be a separate invitation. (Which, admittedly, we have also done)

Rather simple. I can accommodate means I can play at home. I'm NOT a married guy pretending to be single. (So many, many on here....like 44 yrs old and can't accommodate? VERY FEW will be genuine reason. Either married = avoid? Or living with mummy = avoid even more!).
When I say accommodate I also include overnight and provide breakfast...as can be seen in some verifications.
Accommodate doesn't mean in a hotel....prob another sign of married n playing away? |

I state that I can't accommodate because the house is never empty and the neighbours have cctv. I also can't afford to rent a hotel room.
I've never assumed it meant I could stay all night. That was what I understood about swinging.

Some offer stay over night if they have a spare room we have lots of friends who have no kids so they can offer the over night stay.We have young and grown up kids so can't really accommodate but if we get the chance we can have people here for a drink and chat for the 1st social meet or we meet somewhere else |

Disagree with you. If my ex-husband was on here, at one point he wouldn't accommodate and he lived alone, 100% single. The house he was in was his mothers, she died unexpectedly. There is no way he'd have used her home to shag in.
Some don't want people they meet off the internet into their home, 100% their choice which I respect and wouldn't question. What annoys me are those that don't want you in their house, but want to come to yours.
I've kicked someone out of my bed for saying he doesn't want me in his house, so if you can't accommodate: not a problem, you're not coming to mine! |

I can accommodate at home,when I'm there,or in hotel,as I frequently work away,stay in nice places including country house hotels ,I take it to mean provide somewhere nice,comfortable and able to provide enjoyable experiences? |

I'm open in my profile. I can't accommodate as I live in a shared house, and between me and my housemate we have agreed rules on who can and can't stay. But am happy to sort a hotel after a social meet |
