Good even folks hope your all ok
Just wondering is there something that has a relaxing effect on you?
I had a walk through the woods earlier and half way through there is a little stream, i sat there for around 10 mins as the sound of running water just seems to have a soothing effect on me |

"The gym! Failing that doing some physical exercise.
Also I find ironing calming and housework. There is something therapeutic about bleach and cleaning."

The gym. The endorphin release is addictive but it's also 'me' time to reflect on my day, de-stress and relax. By the time I leave and I'm dripping in sweat, I feel totally relaxed but invigorated.

I've still got it.
It's electronically operated with hydraulic legs and can go up or down.
Jesus you don't forget much huh? ... |

For me,carp fishing on a lake, just listening to the birds and sounds of nature.Something very theraputic about the British countryside, especially on a balmy summers evening. |

Hill and mountain walking... watching great sun rises and sun sets.
Music to suit the mood, could be classical or Blues, Jazz... whatever.
Sometimes solitude relaxes, other times dancing and socialising do.
