Serious question.
I wondered if you could help ....
I'm having a 40th Birthday party on Saturday. Well not really a "party" more of a gathering of friends and family but unfortunately having to do it on the cheap. Don't want (amnd can't afford) a DJ with flashing lights etc.
Planning on having CD's playing through an amp. But what music do I play? Was hoping not to have to have anybody worrying about changing tracks every 5 minutes.
Thanks in anticipation for any suggestions.

I would go for 70s upwards too. Load them onto your windows media player and have them so they play one after tha other which I thinkin is called a play list.
Go for the popular 70s stuff, some popular mowtown classics, bit of ABBA and other cheesey stuff that us girlies always dance to. Some crocodile rock by elton john.
Some of the nice latest stuff you hear on the radio that you like.
Hire some from your local library. As friends to send some good music they have via msn maybe.
Good luck xx |
