So it's a cold and miserable day and an ordinary sandwich won't do ...

so it's a ham and cheese on toast for lunch

Not in a box but have lamb shanks bubbling away in the slow cooker in a spicy curry sauce. For dinner with basmati rice and poppadoms. Can't wait for this evening

Doc, get a dry frying pan up to heat and make yourself a cheese toastie using the same ingredents.

Butter the bread as if using a toastie maker, put cheese n ham in the middle, once cooked and ready, remove, sprinkle grated cheese back in the pan, drop your cooked sarnie back in, wait for the cheese to bubble, remove using a fish slice, hold in the air for 20 seconds, flip over and stick it on a plate
