My tonight central heating broke no warm water, no heating I have tried everything nothing is working when I called company they don't have emergency services any advise are welcomed

Does your household insurance have emergency call out cover? If so, give them a call and they do all the legwork.

Came in useful when we had a water pipe burst, had someone arrive within 2 hours.

the house is rental I have called the landlord but he is not answering. the boiler stop working sense yesterday morning I have used all the hot water, my kids couldn't even use the shower this morning.

Oh, and do you have a hot water tank? If so, check if it has an immersion heater. It's an expensive way to do it but it will give you hot water temporarily.

No the boiler don't have hot water thank and called the insurance they said they need his policy nr I have left him with almost 10 messages no answer. Called emergency boiler rapier companies they charge lot of money in out of options but Thank you for the advice x

I'd be careful giving your landlords bank details to a company without his permission it's tech fraud and possible theft

I meant your own insurance, for your belongings? Not the landlord's insurance.

Sometimes home contents policies - the one that you'd have to cover your stuff - have emergency cover for boilers and things.

He just called told him what I have done I use his account number to insurance he was ok with it he didn't answer the phone, he was away for holiday again, he had apologies it not giving me policy nr told that wont happen again. He wont charge fraud or theft omg you have scarred shit out of me lol x
