I love Lego!
I used to get the Lego system kits as a kid for Christmas like a pirate ship, a castle, indigo island etc
Did anyone of you ever get mad when a piece wouldn't fit, or something would break and when you tried to fix it, something else went wrong and in the end you'd stand up and kick it to pieces, and then CRY!
What are your Lego experiences? |

Standing on them with bare feet ,,,ouchie , them and stickle bricks.
Love Lego it frees the imagination. Though the new stuff seems to be centered around movie spin offs and building just one thing.
I still have all my lego |

"Luv Lego too I keep asking father Christmas for the deloren from back to the future but I never get it "
Here it is - buy it for your kid, and say "Mum will do it for you, and we'll keep it in her room, ok" |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Hours of quiet children playing nicely together to build things.
Spending loads of money buying little coloured bricks and taking them to an amusement park to look at places they have seen for real made out of Lego.
Searching endlessly for a tiny sword or scythe or steering wheel or...
Hours putting it all away in way too many boxes.
Stepping on a piece.

It's really difficult to find just bricks. Pretty much everything is just kits these days, very annoying. |

I've found going to the Lego shop and buying a mixed bag is almost the only way. That or scouring the charity shops.

"Asda did a brick tub last Christmas x"
They had a brick tub recently but only about 500 bricks in it. I keep looking on ebay. Charity shops here don't seem to have Lego. |

I never had Lego though I played with my brother's Lego a lot.
I always wanted some of the Mindstorm stuff but never got any.
I still love Lego. I don't have kids or young relatives to give me an excuse to buy it and play with it. |

We all love lego in my house the kids play with my old lego and my husbands and they have their own too. I prefer bricks and a base board to the sets you get now but Mr prefers the sets. |
