If your hot the best way is a combination of cool liquid on the skin and evaporation so get a fan out if you have one and a damp cloth on your skin. Failing that climb in the fridge  |

Towels really do work - its different as it has something to do with lowering the temperature through evaporation.. sorry it sounds technical but it really is different which is why it is used to bring temperature down in ill patients.
