"Im afraid not
I do have some bubbles for a spirit level though
I was caught out with that one as a kid on a building site!!"
I fell for the long weight. But when the foreman tried the spirit level bubble. I put the spirit level worth a lot of money in a vice and whacked it with a hammer and chisel. I needed a bubble to compare it with. He went Jeremy Clarkson mad! |

"ive got a spare tin of elbow grease to hand if anybody needs some"
Used to work in YTS centre stores and we held
Glass hammers (in reality, soft rubber glaziers mallets)
Spirit level bubbles (to replace broken units in expensive levels)

As a young boy I went on a building site with my dad. There was this guy putting up plasterboard. He kept holding the head of nails up to the wall (point towards him), rejecting them because they were the wrong way round, and throwing them back. I asked if there was a lot of wastage of nails and he said no. They are meant for the opposite wall. |
