The only thing I'll ever of any worth is my vinyl collection so it's not a problem for me although if she thinks she's having any of that she's more stupid than I thought. |

What an absolute travesty this case is , and it will further reduce the amount if people who want to get married now .
Absolutely farcical , and wrong that he has now gonna have to pay up based on his success .
There would have been no case if he hadn't made a fortune .
They were both travellers living in an old ambulance on a farm , he had the idea for wind power ( I was actually there on the night he came up with the plan ) . The night went on , he took it further and built a turbine to power his makeshift home and the rest is history .
And now he will have to pay for his ex , (despite having supported and still supporting his son ) to get a home of her own .
The ramifications of this are so far reaching , maybe it's better not to do well if you are divorced and have kids from the marriage ?

The Supreme Court has simply ruled that her claim can be heard, which is no surprise. Noone has yet said that her claim will be successful. The lower court will no doubt take all the circumstances into account. |
