I will not meet anyone without a phone number. I'm happy to talk on kik or on here but when it comes to actually meeting if you can't provide one that's it say goodbye.
Why its because i've been on here too long and know the consequences of trusting people that wont even trust you. Its never ended well
So i don't want a sodding argument! And i dont want you acting all superior because you found me on Facebook. I know who i am but who the fuck are you?!  |

But how do you reconcile the fact that phone numbers are, themselves, disposable?
Someone can get a mobile for the express purposes of arranging a meet and then throw it out of the car windows on their way home. Or even worse, arrange a meet and then just dispose of the number and never turn up. |

True but i still would trust someone more if they have a number. Maybe i should get them to show me their passports.

Double agreed.
Not being able to give a phone number, so you can text if you're running late at the very least, is one of our many criteria for seeing who is serious.
I'm more amazed when women meet alone without stuff like this, I mean, I know I'M not a crazed axe-murdering lone man, but you don't
