Make yourself a cuppa, take a deep breath, then let all the stress leave you as you exhale. Once that's done have yourself an early night and promise yourself that tomorrow will be better |

There is always a place or somebody to turn too, Sometimes speaking to a random stranger about a problem helps, somebody who will just listen to you vent.
pm me if you wanna vent any anger or anything, I don't mind.
