When does it change?. You spend the first few years discipling your children then before you know it its role reversal.

"My 6 year old son has made me pinky promise not to embarrass him when we were out (the night before he turned 6) 
I still made him get up and dance with his old embarrassing mum... lolha, when my son got to about 13 he wouldn't be seen in the street with me  they soon come back and yes happy to give me a cuddle in the street, but it makes me laugh getting a bollocking"
I'm really not looking forward to that stage. I love the fact he still holds my hand, and I get a cuddle and a kiss every morning when I drop him at school in the playground. He's a really affectionate wee boy. |

its a teenage thing, but as I said they come back.
