Does anyone take this?
I've gone all organic recently and have just received a delivery of the above, along with coconut oil & almond oil.
Been using the coconut oil for a week or two and my skin is definitely looking healthier. May use the almond oil for my skin, too.
However, I'm more interested if anyone uses aloe vera juice? Container says two 25ml doses a day, so it should be easy peasy to maintain a regime |

It's fabulous stuff - for any kind of epithelial tissue healing particularly, digestive function...I did a lot of research on it before including it into some of the products I make. |

"Just buy an aloe Vera plant a lot cheaper and you know what you getting lol "
I agree - if it's your plant, you're consuming ultra fresh and know what's in it.
Some Aloes will grow outdoors here in the UK, although not Aloe vera, except in summer time. Otherwise, a good windowsill plant.
I did drink some of the juice a few years ago but didn't particularly see any results as good as it is for skin. |

"Bloody hell, quick replies
I don't detect much of a taste to it, but did notice it says that you can take it with a fruit juice etc."
I would be suspicious of quality if you cannot taste the pronounced bitter taste of it. |

I suppose it does have a very slight bitterness to it but I eat lots of spicy foods, so maybe it's just my weird tastebuds. |

why don't you just buy the plant and make your own? bottled juices have tons of sugar and artificial stuff in them, defeating the point of your change in lifestyle.... stick to a gallon of water a day instead. |

Will a fresh plant produce enough for you to take some every day?? Surely each leaf takes ages to grow?? |

It's organic and 99% aloe juice. The other 1% is citric juice. That'll do for now
I'll get the plant when I've used the bottle up if I've noticed any benefits |
