Veiled attacks

I decided to put my profile away for a little while, and especially avoid the forums, as there seemed to be veiled attacks on people, some I know, some I didnt have a clue about.
Unfortunately its nice to see it hasn't changed NOT.
It is a shame, this is a swingers place to meet up, not everyone is going to get on with everyone else, but why try to let people have there own minds, without any other influences. |

Don't be daft...of course you can have your own preferences...as long as it's the agreed ones. Those are the rules...tsk, get with the programme!

Happily no one bit this time, I think most are just bored now with this type of thread. |

Some have and do happen , but I still don't think this type of thread helps in any way to stop it, in fact it normally makes things worse. |

I must walk around with my eyes shut or I'm incredibly dense when it comes to spotting attacks on people - veiled or otherwise. I just don't see them. Or maybe I don't care and that's why I don't see them.
I prefer the direct approach. Say what you see and allow me to respond.
And no, that's not a veiled attack on anyone, I just don't see them.  |

Think most of its tounge in cheek, its a case of getting to know the regular posters and their sense of humour helps. I do know that negative posts tend to get ignored.
As swingers it does not stop us having fun, so i would'nt let the banter bother you. Join in or back off. Swing still happens either way!

As we said, develop a thick skin and move on, or Join in. Petty insder jokes will surface, just blank them.
The best advice we have ever been given was? "dont give a flyin f**k", your here for your own reasons. |

Usually out of immediate frustration, not that that is any excuse.
It'll probably happen again too, and maybe one day all the mods will compare notes, realise how many of my posts they're collectively removed, and banish me to the naughty step... |

One man's veiled attack is another man's pissy-take banter.
All I can say is I assure you that any member of my clique would not veil their attack or even put a hood on their attack, possibly a Fez, I like red Fezs.
Rule 8 section C clearly states that all attacks on a forum member must be offensive, dismissive and brutal with at least 3 other clique members backing them up in subsequent posts. |
