I go for a massage every 4 weeks
I work 12 hour shifts and its stood up all the time with lots of lifting and manual work, really helps out..you don't realise how broken you are until you got.
Also tried reflexology, whilst I'm not convinced it links the feet to different parts of the body, a foot massage is alway nice |
