Doug from pushka grill in Liverpool does the best chicken burgers ever!
He has the contract on the artists catering at a few festivals, plus the VIP catering at creamfields....the man's an artist! |

Chicken breast, with a southern fried coating...Salad, onions, mayo, salsa and jalapeño sauce. In a normal (non of this brioche rubbish) slightly toasted bun. Served with coleslaw and Mac n cheese.
Beef burgers are too beefy, yuk

McDonald's, chicken.
Burger king, double whopper.
On the barbecue, minted lamb.
I will have a veggy one now and again, 'cause I like to mix it up.
Never had the fillet o fish at McDonald's? What's it like? |

It's like a fish finger sandwich but with cheese and tartar sauce |

Of the choice given Id prefer beef.
But when buying burgers to cook at home I'll get venison or wild boar.
If I'm out I quite like five guys but the best burger I've had in a while was from Porky's in Camden. |

"Homemade burgers all the way but don't have them that often as you have to get the fat ratio just right and they become quite dry with using lean mince "
Grate a bit of potato into the mince...adds moisture and adds a different taste too... |

Anyone else like Mcdees fillet of fish ? A freshly made one melts in your mouth. I like a chicken fillet burger if buying out and home made beef burgers at home. You can put what you want in them. |

"Okay for homemade burgers what do you need apart from beef, onion, parsley?
And do you use a beaten egg to bind it together?
"
You really need two type of beef one with a good fat content and a bit of marbling so get some minced chuck steak then ask the butcher for 50g of chuck with 20% fat. You mix it together with some buttermilk 2tsp and add some salt and pepper and cook to your liking you will need about 500g of chuck steak and about 50g of 20% chuck steak and some minced onion |
