I love lamb and have made possibly the lambiest dinner ever in my slow cooker today.
Diced lamb shoulder, lamb shank and lamb kidney. I could have checked a couple of lamb hearts in there but I forgot to get them out of the freezer

I bought a lovely pork joint that was stuffed with something or other. But we've just put that in the freezer as we popped to the pub and had a lovely roast. I had beef Mrs P lamb. It was lovely. |
