I am mid way through making cinnamon buns. Made the pastry last night then rolled it and put it in the fridge for this morning. As soon as the oven hits temperature I will have 6 tasty cinnamon bins in 19 mins x

Cool - I'm reliably informed that they're a very good hangover cure too!! Other than that, they just seem right on a bowl of porridge!

A giant mug of coffee. With freshly ground beans. I need to get back on the sensible eating so there will be a healthy brunch or I will never be buying myself the lingerie I have promised myself as a treat when I manage to drop that last bastard stone.

I've dropped 4 and a bit stone so far through a food tracker app. Just been slack the last few weeks since work has been manic. The good thing about diarising it is that it's an eye opener into triggers and bad eating habits so I can be logical about it all. Although I have heard good things about Slimming World I'm stubborn and have done it on my own so far; going to a slimming club would be like admitting I've failed and I'm not ready for that yet. If that makes any sense?

I've just had to pay a visit to a venue where We're organising a charity event and had a sausage and bacon butty made for me, which was a nice surprise but much appreciated.
