Just flashed a guy walking his dog. Saw him waking up the road and he stopped to let his dog have a loo, looked up at my bedroom window and I flashed him. Lol. Dunno why I did it. Has anyone else just had the urge to flash???

You won't get arrested as you only flashed your boobs, you would only be committing an offence if you flashed your genitalia as is the same for men. It could be argued that you were committing an offence under section 5 public order but you would have to cause harassment, alarm or distress for that, I'm sure you made the guys day so I wouldn't worry about it

I think from now on if i'm ever flashed at I dont care wherever she does it shopping centre, bus, train, her house i'll walk up to her and tell her to not do that again or else i'll be reporting her to the police..... I know for sure she'll be mortified

Just for the benefit of the guys saying if it was a man doing it then he'd be branded a pervert and locked up then you are wrong I'm afraid. If a man stood bare chested in a window then he'd be doing nothing wrong as is the case with the op. Now if a guy stood in the same window with his cock out then that's a different story but it would be the same for a female to show her genitalia. Boobs are not included in the offence of exposure.
