I'm a lover of chillies. I grow them and makes sauces. Looking to make 1or 2 new sauces. But stuck on a new flavour.
Any thoughts good people of fab?

i love to make a sweet red onion, chilly and good quality balsamic sauce reduction for our BBQ nights. It is delicious on burgers.
The onions must be lightly fried and then cooked down to an almost caramelised gloup though
mmmmmm think it will have be BBQ food over the weekend at some point
