Early night or long lay in?????

I was just wondering out of curiosity what people prefer? Is it, too go to bed early so that they are up early which in turn misses out the evening or do you prefer to stay up late so you can have a long lay in the morning?
Secondly, with this in mind and on the flip side of the coin. What is better, sex in the evening or first thing in the morning? |

I am an early to bed kind of girl. Anything past 10pm finds me really sleepy and although we do it sometimes on meets I always pay for it the next day with what I now call a sex hangover (tired, headache)
Sadly I am married to a man who loves late nights and hates getting up early 
Sex is always better for me in the mornings or early afternoon  |

Luckily I don't need much sleep. Can do a late night and still be up for 7.00. Don't even need an alarm tbh. My body clock wakes me 5 mins before alarm goes off....regardless of time it is set for....weird?
Sat/sun this week was 2.30 before went to bed. Still awake and up for a brew by 7.00.
The only normal lay-in is Sundays when away in friends Caravan.....someone else not happy if I wake her up too Early! So I can roll over n go back to sleep if needed. |

My body clock of late is getting worse...I prefer early nights and wake around the same time every morning usually 5am if not before and even if I go to bed late I'm still up early so an early night it is for me.One of my sexy Fab friends have nicknamed me nanna cos I went to sleep at 7pm the other night but I did wake at 11;30pm see nanna naps are the way forward hahaha
As for sex I do adore morning sex somehow it just feel more horny. |

Late nights and lay ins are the best for us. Mrs isn't a morning person at all. Sex is always best in the evening otherwise its grumpy sex. Lol!
Mr is happy with sex both morning and night...

Me too, something to do with always having to be up early when the kids were young I think. Is really annoying after clubbing and haven't got to bed until three! Morning sex always more welcome as not tired then.  |
