I haven't but I watch everything online for free and don't order enough for it to be worth while.

Just be careful as I know so many people who haven't cancelled it in time and got stung £70 for the year!!

It's not bad, but make sure you don't exceed your monthly bandwidth

I signed up just before Christmas and I've found it worthwhile. One thing I find useful is that if you order items from Amazon and don't need the one day delivery, you can elect to have it delivered slower, and they give you a credit to be used on the Prime service. These soon add up if you're not that fussed about the next-day delivery, so when I occasionally want to see summat that they want to charge for, I've normally got enough 'banked' to see it for free.

But that said, there's tons of free stuff on my WatchList to keep me occupied for ages yet!

I agree... If you're a regular purchaser, have a kindle or enjoy streaming films... It's pretty cool.

I'm looking to get the Kindle Voyage soon....and may opt for prime in order to me some borrow books.

I miss reading - work has taken over my life

We had prime when it first came out for 40 quid a year..then they ramped it up to 70 odd ..using the excuse about the movies, so we blew it out.. warning they are not available on all types of media..my Nexus 7 cant play them..

Watch out for those 30 day free trials! Their ad has just been forced to be withdrawn because it's unfair. Go a day over and they debit £79.00 from your account!

I prefer Netflix.

If they send via DPD its great as you get to track delivery van.

Beyond that it changes how you shop as amazon becomes first place to check price.

The £1 digital credit when not in a rush is nice when in no rush.

the guy who founded Amazon started selling a handful of books, it's evolved into the giant it is today and that's just fucking smart.
