A 'spunk' was always a word used in Australian soaps years ago to describe someone who was good looking

A friend of mine from 'up north' used to say he was always 'tossing it off at work' apparently it meant wasting time and skiving, made me look at him in a whole new light lol

Can't think of any specific examples at the moment. But this thread reminds me of some of the jokes in the disaster comedy movie Airplane!

Captain Oveur: "Jimmy, have you ever seen a grown man naked?"

Makes uncomfortable watching now a days...

"things are sick and bad now - and its a good thing"

The whole 'Bad' thing kinda got going in the 80's though.

Remember Michael Jackson's 1987 Album?

That was all based on the whole bad is good thing.

Actually my favourite album too

'Bitch the Pot' - Which meant make the tea.

These days its to be a pejorative phrase for asking your girlfriend to pass the Dutchy....

Pussy. My ancient wizened father-in-law is always saying to our cat "You're such a lovely pussy." and we desperately try not to crack up!
