No. My cousin did it in her
50s and the difference to her appearance was spectacular.
Not quick and not cheap but worth it. |

Not quick and not cheap but worth it." i was going to have it done in my twentys but dentist back then said it would be four years in those awful metal ones ! Now there a lot better . Iv an apiontment to see dentist fingers crossed ! |

"last time I asked it was upward of £1000, I'd be interesting to know... I still have my wisdom teeth in and it's always been on my mind to have something done" £1000 pounds per set so if have top and bottom £2000 my dentist said they through in teeth whitening in for free witch cost £350 pounds

"Check out the Inman aligner as well my friends teeth were perfect after 3 months wearing it and she could take it out if she really needed to. "

I had braces when I was younger spent most of my time going back and forth having them tightened or having various contraptions in my mouth. I had what they called a quad which is a metal bar at the roof of my mouth and still 3 this day I have the imprint of it on my tongue. You can't eat/drink certain things otherwise it leaves a brown colouring on your teeth |

I hate smileing showing my teeth lol

Saying that wen I had mine I ate all the stuff they tell u not 2, had sweets, fizzy drinks, chewing gum, and my teeth turned out fine
I always had the colours changed but the glow in the dark ones were crap |

Nowadays they tend to get you to wear a retainer at night afterwards, to make sure the teeth do not move again in the future. Personally, I think it is money well spent if it makes you more confident in your smile. |

" thank u guys I think if they say I can have one I will so long as it's not for 4 yrs like they told me last time I asked mind u that was 15 - 20 yrs ago lol |
