Absolutely love it.

On toast or in a sandwich with lime marmalade or cheese or peanut butter.

I even slip a teaspoonful in the breadmaker when Mrs ddc isn't looking.

But, horror, can't find the X-tra strong one anywhere anymore.

Well next time you do Roast potatoes add a little in your oil ........ you see how lovely .. You can add it to loads of things pasta even cakes .

Scottish though, we hate the salt up here so we do stick loads of pepper in it and it's fine. If you think it's too salty Asdas own brand it a bit less severe. But of a midway between marmite and Vegemite.

Good as a base stock for french onion soup too.

is a good source of the b vitamins - my daughter who has crohns has to have regular vit b jabs - the doc suggests the tiniest amount on toast or on cheese if her belly allows it when shes ill as a way of boosting her levels -
