I like fillet steak with a jacket potato,sour cream and chive dip,grilled tomato and a big grilled mushroom dripping in garlic butter. Might have this on Wednesday night. |

Serloin
used to work at a butchers so had plenty of time to try everything all out and serloin is just the perfect balance of fat and meat
