It's that time of year again.
As yesterday was a nice warmish springish day the leisure cyclists are about again.
Normally less aware than those who cycle to work.
But yesterday, on a hill (going upwards) a cyclist pulled off the road to let me past, knowing there was nowhere safe further on. Lost all his momentum just to avoid inconveniencing me, what a gent.
I wouldn't expect anyone to do that... I was all set to crawl for about 20 mintutes.
Hats off to him, I shall remember him next time I encounter a wibbly wobbly one or one who goes through a red light. |
