Simple question.... Well you get one?

Pros - Finally ditched the plastic, now made out of metal. Better camera. The S6 edge has a curved screen.

Cons - Battery is now encased and no longer removable. No SD card slot.

For me, the cons out weigh the pros.

In case you're wondering, I have an S4

Jeeeez, I feel like I've got a dinosaur with my S3, but it does it's job. Phones are way too overpriced. I refuse to get contracts, preferring to buy the handset.

I'll be able to afford a S6 in about 10 years time!

I've got an S4 which I'm happy with at the moment. I've had it for a while but I've no idea when I'm next due an upgrade.

I probably wouldn't enter into another 'phone contract until I know what's going on with EE though.

Anyone know whats happening with EE as seen as they have stopped the orange wednesday? As for the s6, it looks pretty good, but might wait for the s7 or go for the note

I've got the S4 and I was so pissed off. They advertise it as being Gorilla Glass and the last time I checked, It's stronger to drops and doesn't smash easily... Wrong.

Within a week of spalshing out £350, the fucker cracked just from the smallest drop on the floor outside my flat. And, they tried to tell me I would have to pay for it to be replaced even though I had cover on it!

So as much as I love Samsung phones, I think I'm avoiding them after that.. Bit scammy to false advertise something the phone didn't have to begin with. :/ It does look like a beautiful phone aswell

My S5 is due an upgrade in about September, I'll probably go for the S6 and make the move from T-Mobile to EE at the same time.

s3 here and due to upgrade in a couple of months - want to go to the s5 but daughter says the s3 camera is better (she just went from 3 to 5) - so might just stick with the one i have for now

hate the fact the battery is enclosed as i always have a spare as i need it for work -

London.

I loved my S2 until I dropped it in the mop bucket. Would love another one instead of the apple phone a friend kindly gave me.

The non-removable battery typically isnt too much of a problem these days - typically the phone will die from being dropped before the battery goes tits up.

The missing SD Card slot is down to Android - Version 4.4.4 and upward dropped support for external mounted storage - a decision Google made now that Cloud Storage is all the rage.

I've had all three of the notes, there fanatic way better than the s range, runs two apps simultaneously faultless, no stutter no lag, battery is brilliant, full day easily.

Screens big enough to watch tv on,I take mine everywhere its been on building sites dropped got wet, never even had a cracked screen.

"Cons - Battery is now encased and no longer removable. No SD card slot."

I didnt know this...

I was planning on getting the s6, but dropped my s4 a cpl of weeks ago and cracked the lcd so it was going to cost me a bit to get it fixed.... Ended up upgrading 8 weeks early for free and just went for the s5. I was a bit gutted at the time but not so much now I know that

trying to get my head round how s6 instead of an s5 has things removed - like a changeable battery and no sd wotsit - surely thats a step down -

It's simple really, they're regrading your upgrade to a downgrade

Just the same as iphones they have no removable battery nor can you add memory, maybe this is the way new phones are going now days

S5 here. I haven't noticed much of a difference from my old S2,so won't be upgrading to the new model.

is the only reason i wont have an iphone - i use my phone for work and if i need to call (often in an emergency as i work in community mental health care) the battery dies quickly and the car charger isnt quick enough - hence i alwayss have a spare battery in my purse

No no no no no no no no no.

Apple fanboys and the fact that you can't watch any tv show without Apple product placement means I just can't add to their hundreds of billions of dollars...

Plus, you can do so much more with Android devices if you have the know how. Apple don't like you fiddling with their products.

Samsung or Sony for me
